These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of netralis.ca and any services or software provided by Netralis Inc. ("Netralis," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse netralis.ca for informational purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with the normal operation of the service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on netralis.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Netralis Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

3. Early Access & Beta Software

The Netralis SDK and related developer tools are currently in pre-release form.
Pre-release software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change at any time before a stable release.
Use of pre-release software at your own risk.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

netralis.ca and any related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Netralis makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netralis Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any related services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
